Ovzon has announced an increase to its September 2024 12-month agreement valued at 115 MSEK with its partner, the Swedish Space Corporation (SSC). The expanded contract, which now includes additional Ovzon On-The-Move mobile satellite terminals, raises the total order value to 132 MSEK. This sum will be paid in full by the end of 2024.

In December 2023, Ovzon secured a significant order from SSC for its SATCOM-as-a-Service offering, incorporating mobile satellite terminals. This contract was extended in September 2024, adding a 12-month delivery period for Ovzon SATCOM-as-a-Service. The latest order addition features advanced On-The-Move mobile satellite terminals built to endure rugged conditions and support mobile operations. These terminals are slated for delivery throughout 2024 and into early 2025. Ovzon's SATCOM solutions ensure dependable, resilient connectivity for clients engaged in vital missions in the most demanding environments.

"We are pleased with our continued close cooperation with SSC. This expansion reflects the strong ongoing demand for Ovzon's unique capabilities. The fact that the total order value of 132 MSEK will be paid in full before the end of 2024 enables us to focus on growth and expansion by capturing new business opportunities on our recently operationalized satellite Ovzon 3," stated Per Noren, CEO of Ovzon.
