Myanmar's military regime is forcing cyclone survivors out of their devastated villages and into other parts of the country, the United Nations said.
In an internal report on the situation in the country, whose ruling generals say that 62,000 people are dead or missing, the world body said it was deciding how to address the issue.
"There are a growing number of reports of families being forcibly displaced to non-affected townships. A decision must be made as to which cluster will take charge of this issue."
The UN plans its relief programme in categories, or clusters, such as health, education and logistics.
It is believed to be the first report since the storm hit on May 2 of forced movement of villagers by the military, which has kept an iron grip on power in Myanmar since 1962.
But aid workers have reported seeing dozens of survivors trying to leave their homes for more sheltered areas which have been reached with food, water and blankets.
