Sometimes when you advocate for a cause the drop-dead lack of common sense makes everyone gravitate to and help the cause. Today, ABC Solar president Bradley Bartz received a note from Governor Brown's office stating: "To ensure that your concerns are properly addressed, our office has directed your correspondence to the California Energy Commission for investigation."

Yesterday SCE refused to grant Permission to Operate on an eight (8) panel solar system saying that it too large by-less-than-one-physical-solar-panel. An additional 7 ABC Solar projects are in various states of denial.

Bartz 18 years in the solar industry seems to have led to this fight today. Electric Destiny.

It is Supreme Court Justice Scalia who wrote in the landmark decision the broke up the ATT Monopoly that has captured Bartz's advocacy spirit, "Because virtually every dictionary in use now and at the time the statute was enacted defines "to modify" as meaning to change moderately or in minor fashion, the word "modify" must be seen to have a connotation of increment or limitation." MCI TELECOMMUNICATIONS CORP. v. AMERICAN TELEPHONE and TELEGRAPH CO.

Bartz and ABC Solar do not particularly believe in incremental change concerning the CPUC and SCE as they have been parasitically plotting to devalue solar and reduce its adoption. Now, on October 2, 2017 Bartz is pleased that Governor Brown ordered the California Energy Commission to Investigate.

Updates will be reported here. Bartz also asked the Governor to establish a Solar Triage Unit and hopes the report from the CEC investigation might lead his approval and its formation. Bartz also filed this petition with the CPUC today:

Perovskite solar cells reach record long-term stability, efficiency over 20 percent

Perovskite solar cells (PSCs) can offer high light-conversion efficiency with low manufacturing costs. But to be commercially viable, perovskite films must also be durable and not degrade under solar light over time.

EPFL scientists have now greatly improved the operational stability of PSCs, retaining more than 95% of their initial efficiencies of over 20 % under full sunlight illuminatio … read more
